Engineering Technician

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Engineering Technician to join their team! This position is located in Franklin, Massachusetts. Duties: Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple drive testing activities on PowerEdge servers to ensure performance and reliability standards are met Analyze test data to identify specification violations, potential risks, and overall compliance with established test criteria Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, implement solutions, validate fixes, and drive resolution in partnership with suppliers Perform system troubleshooting and repairs at the component level to maintain optimal functionality Set up, configure, and test prototype systems and software Assemble and disassemble drives and devices under test (DUTs) within server environments Operate, calibrate, and verify electronic test equipment Rack and cable servers, ensuring proper setup and functionality testing Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to communicate findings, insights, and progress to management and stakeholders Desired Skills/Experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Knowledge in Storage Technology and HDD/SSD is desired Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $25.00.
