What you'll be doing Drive optimization projects across multiple sites, improving efficiency, cost, and process stability Support commissioning and ramp-up of new kiln and process equipment Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and deliver actionable improvements Influence plant teams to implement process changes and operational best practice What you'll bring 3-5 years' experience in process engineering within cement, minerals or heavy industrial environments Strong operational exposure with the ability to translate plant data into improvements Experience contributing to projects or leading initiatives within plant environments Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders without direct authority Who this suits You're an early-career engineer with strong plant foundations, ready to step into a more strategic, multi-site role.
