We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to manage the Joshua Perets store in Laurier Quebec. As Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by overseeing all aspects of operations, driving sales, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Leadership and team management Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales objectives, provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store environment. Supervise, guide and provide ongoing training to staff, encouraging their professional development and fulfillment. Store Operations Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards to maintain an organized and efficient store. Customer Experience Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, creating a welcoming and pleasant shopping environment. Respond to customer requests, concerns and comments in a prompt and professional manner.

Create attractive displays and arrangements that showcase the latest fashion trends and products. Ensure that store visual standards are consistently met. Inventory management Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment orders and supervise the replenishment process to ensure product availability.

Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses and inventory variances. Qualifications 3 to 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel sector. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop a team.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.

Knowledge of current fashion trends and passion for Joshua Perets clothing. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
