The Senior Operations Process Analyst is a key, high-impact role within the Operations Enablement team, crucial for driving Freeman's operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. This position harnesses advanced operational knowledge and judgment to tackle complex challenges while promoting a culture of innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with operations leaders and cross-functional teams, bringing a comprehensive perspective to evaluate, design, and enhance operational processes.
You will be responsible for establishing process standards and leading targeted improvement projects, using data-driven insights and effective stakeholder engagement. This position supports our Operations Enablement team. Candidates can work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring in-office and/or show-site work 2-3 days each week.
The preferred location is Dallas, TX, but we also welcome applications from candidates in other areas such as: Atlanta, GA Las Vegas, NV Nashville, TN New Orleans, LA Orlando, FL San Antonio, TX Key Responsibilities: Operational Process Ownership & Improvement: Document, analyze, and enhance operational processes at an enterprise level, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement through data synthesis and industry best practices. Independent Analysis & Judgment: Work independently to analyze complex operational issues, leveraging your judgment and analytical skills to drive innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Lead operational improvement initiatives, consulting with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with project goals and operational needs.
Business Acumen & Enterprise Impact: Assess process improvement opportunities through the lens of business performance and customer experience, ensuring recommendations support organizational goals. Documentation, Standards & Quality: Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and alignment with organizational objectives. Communication & Collaboration: Clearly articulate operational insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, fostering collaborative discussions to achieve consensus.
Ad-hoc & Strategic Support: Provide analytical support to leadership and business units as needed, contributing to the evolution of operational frameworks and improvement methodologies. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, or Business Analytics within large-scale environments. Experience with operational implementations using enterprise systems like SAP or Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven capability to manage priorities and deliver results independently.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational management tools.
