Machine Learning Engineer

Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s in CS, engineering, or similar (3+ years of experience preferred). Experience as an ML engineer, data scientist, or data engineer (3+ years a plus). Python or Scala pro with machine learning skills (scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.) (2+ years).

Familiarity with DNNs, LLMs, and data pipelines is a plus. A scientific approach, engineering mindset, and focus on building simple solutions. Bonus Points for: Experience with healthcare data and Databricks.

CI/CD process knowledge (GitHub). What You’ll Do: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to improve patient care. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop solutions.

Automate workflows using Databricks and GitHub to ensure model performance. Stay up-to-date on the latest MLOps best practices. Why TailorCare?
