Electrical Senior Project Engineer

Electrical Senior Project Engineer Location: Boston, MA Overview We are looking for an experienced Electrical Senior Project Engineer to join our Boston office to empower clients in achieving energy‑efficient building solutions. Responsibilities In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners, be responsible for the overall design process of assigned projects in the electrical discipline, develop innovative and unique design solutions that align with client and partner needs, and lead the team in implementing those solutions. Qualifications BSEE/BSAE (or another engineering discipline) from an ABET accredited program. 15+ years of experience designing power distribution and lighting building systems in technically sophisticated facilities.

Professional engineering registration required. Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred. Effective Skills Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
