What You’ll Do Translate Research into Production Take cutting-edge work in mechanistic interpretability, activation engineering, and representation engineering and transform it into robust, scalable production code. Perform Model Surgery Apply advanced techniques, including control vectors, activation patching, and feature extraction to fundamentally reshape and elevate model capabilities. Who You Are Deep Technical Foundations You have a rigorous grasp of Transformer architectures, PyTorch internals, and the mathematical underpinnings of modern deep learning.

Beyond the API You've trained, fine-tuned, and dissected LLMs at a structural level and you know the difference between surface-level augmentation and genuine model improvement.
