One of the top electrical contractors in the US is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Seattle. You will be working on a range of project sectors, but we are looking for someone with strong multifamily building expertise, who is familiar with Seattle and Bellevue's building codes, laws, and regulations . What you'll be doing: Lead and coordinate all phases of the electrical project lifecycle—from pre‑construction planning, estimating and budgeting through execution, commissioning and close‑out—ensuring completion on time, within budget and to quality standards Oversee and manage project teams (project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors), ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings and specifications, track change orders/RFIs/submittals and maintain accurate documentation Monitor and control project financials including cost forecasting, margin protection, billing/progress payments, resource loading and productivity metrics, while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies Must Haves: 7+ years expertise in Electrical Project Management within multifamily projects Completed Seattle/Bellevue projects, or at least in large, built up cities with strict codes Preferred: IBEW/ECM Apprenticeship, or similar preferred More reasons to apply: Full coverage healthcare insurance (approx $30k) Profit sharing (6‑10%) 401k with generous company match Yearly bonuses (averaging at 10% of annual base salary) Flexible hours Paid holidays $140,000 - $160,000 (dependent upon experience) Seniority level Director Employment type Full‑time Job function Project Management Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
