Job Description

Senior Manager At Lekadir LLP, we are dedicated to setting a new standard in everything we do. Responsibilities Leading and managing assurance and accounting engagements, including relevant tax filings, with dedicated resources and paperless office infrastructure. Supervising and mentoring junior and senior staff on assurance and accounting engagements.

Identifying and resolving assurance and accounting engagement issues. Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Providing strategic insights and advice to clients to support their business goals. Overseeing the development and implementation of best practices within the team. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand service offerings.

Qualifications Extensive Accounting Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, coupled with successful completion of CPA exams. CPA Designation: Possession of a CPA designation or active progress towards fulfilling the required hours for certification. Leadership Proficiency: Proven track record in leading audit and assurance engagements and managing teams.

Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to provide value-added services to clients, with a strong commitment to their success. ASPE Knowledge: Proficiency in Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises requirements is a must. Software Competence: Experience with Caseware and Taxprep software is highly desirable.

Deadline-Oriented: Strong understanding of a client-focused environment, including awareness of related deadlines, and the capability to consistently meet them. Confidentiality and Discretion: Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive matters. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities. Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Business Development: Experience in business development activities, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
