Senior SAP Ariba Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in procurement processes, SAP Ariba modules, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, deliver solutions, and support procurement transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Supplier Management. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure procurement workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and supplier management functionalities.

Support SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA through Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts. Conduct user training sessions and support end users during project rollouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba. Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.

Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management. Experience with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and Ariba Network.

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG integration. Understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integration concepts. Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support activities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP Ariba certification is preferred.

Experience working in implementation or rollout projects. Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management processes.
