SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA

About the Company We are looking for an experienced SAP FI_CO Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Finance processes, Cloud best practices, and the SAP Activate methodology for cloud implementations. About the Role The SAP FI_CO Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules.

Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA – Finance (FI) modules. Manage configuration in key FI areas: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and identify configuration needs, deltas, and extensibility options. Prepare functional specifications for integrations, RICEFs (limited in Public Cloud), and Fiori apps.

Work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and cloud architects. Provide training and end-user documentation. Support hypercare, incident resolution, and service requests.

Qualifications Experience: 8–15 Years Job Type: Full-time Required Skills Strong experience in SAP FICO (Functional). Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations required. Deep understanding of scope items, cloud restrictions, and best practices.

Knowledge of Central Finance is an added advantage. Experience with Fiori apps, Business Process Configuration (BPC), and In-App Extensibility. Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and CO modules.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
