About the Role We're hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to help build and scale a rapidly growing AI voice automation platform powering millions of real-time conversations. This is a high-impact engineering role where you'll work across the full stack — building scalable backend systems, intuitive frontend experiences, and infrastructure that directly supports production AI workflows used by real customers every day. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team, own projects end-to-end, and help shape both the technical architecture and product direction of a category-defining platform.

What You'll Do Core Platform Development Build core platform features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations Develop scalable full stack systems spanning frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and infrastructure Own projects end-to-end from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration Build intuitive user interfaces and APIs that improve onboarding and operational workflows Support customer onboarding and troubleshoot production issues when needed Architecture & Scalability Design systems capable of supporting millions of AI-driven conversations Optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability Build resilient backend services handling real-time telephony and conversation data Develop efficient analytics infrastructure and data pipelines Customer & Product Collaboration Work directly with customers to understand operational pain points Translate customer feedback into product improvements Provide technical guidance and onboarding support Influence roadmap and product strategy through real-world usage insights Required Qualifications Technical Experience 5–8+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience Deep expertise with React and TypeScript Strong frontend architecture and complex state management experience Strong backend engineering experience using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with Python for backend services and scripting Experience building and shipping production systems at scale Experience working with AWS infrastructure including Lambda, EC2, databases, and storage services Strong systems-thinking and architectural decision-making skills Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments Mindset & Working Style Strong bias toward execution and shipping High ownership mentality with accountability for outcomes Comfortable operating in fast-changing startup environments Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in solving operational problems Collaborative approach with founders and cross-functional teams Self-starter capable of identifying problems and independently driving solutions Tech Stack Frontend React JavaScript / TypeScript Modern CSS Backend Node.js JavaScript / TypeScript Python Infrastructure & DevOps AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3) Docker CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code Databases PostgreSQL Redis Work Environment Location: Redwood City, California Fully onsite, 5 days/week Full-time direct hire 2 hires planned No remote option available Visa Support H-1B transfers supported Other visa types considered No net-new H-1B sponsorship available Compensation & Benefits Compensation Base Salary: $215,000 – $290,000 USD Extremely competitive equity package Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Full benefits package Why This Role Stands Out High Ownership This is not a narrow ticket-taking role.
