What You'll Do Lead Enterprise Web Experience Delivery Drive endâtoâend execution of initiatives spanning content management, design systems, and modern application layers.
Translate business and content requirements into structured technical initiatives with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. Coordinate across engineering, design, content strategy, search engine optimization, and marketing to ensure cohesive delivery. Manage dependencies across content schema changes, API integrations, frontâend components, and deployment workflows.
Proactively identify risks related to content migrations, breaking API changes, caching strategies, and release timing. Provide Technical Partnership in a Modern Web Environment Participate in architectural discussions involving rendering strategies (e.g., SSR, SSG, ISR), routing, caching, and performance optimization. Understand content modeling, API querying models, and integration patterns well enough to challenge assumptions and unblock teams.
Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure frontâend and content management changes align with longâterm platform direction. Utilize analytics, core web vitals, A/B testing data, and telemetry to guide prioritization and measure success. Support teams in adopting best practices for accessibility, search engine optimization, and performance.
Ensure Effective Communication and Stakeholder Alignment Produce clear written communication, including program briefs, status updates, migration plans, and decision records. Translate business and product requirements into structured delivery plans, epics, and tickets. Simplify complex technical issues for nonâtechnical stakeholders.
Align engineering, design, and content teams around timelines, expectations, and quality standards. Facilitate decisionâmaking around content workflows, release processes, and crossâteam dependencies. Drive Operational Excellence for Web Platforms Coordinate postmortems for production issues, including rendering failures, broken content, or system outages, and drive longâterm fixes.
Improve processes around content publishing, preview environments, quality assurance workflows, and deployment pipelines. Champion performance, reliability, and accessibility as core pillars of the web experience. Promote consistent use of design systems, component libraries, and content management governance.
Required Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8â10 years of technical program management experience. Experience leading technical programs for web applications, digital experiences, or contentâdriven platforms. Strong understanding of modern frontâend architectures, especially frameworks like React or similar.
Familiarity with headless content management platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Payload, Strapi, etc.) and content modeling concepts. Ability to engage in discussions about rendering strategies, caching, API integration, and performance optimization. Demonstrated success driving alignment across engineering, design, and content teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in simplifying technical complexity. Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and create structure around evolving requirements. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling.
Must be a selfâstarter, extremely detailed and analytical, with a curious mind that enjoys digging into how things work and continuously strives to enhance the product, workflow, and process. Comfort in a dynamic, fastâmoving, and collaborative work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic. Keen eye for recognizing consistent and efficient client experiences and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
Experience in building partnerships, mobilizing and motivating teams, influencing others at all levels of an organization, and driving change to effectively deliver on projects in a crossâfunctional environment. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally. Preferred Qualifications Background in software engineering, frontâend development, or web platform architecture.
Experience with query languages like GROQ/GraphQL, REST APIs, CDN caching, and edge rendering. Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards. Experience supporting search engine optimizationâcritical or highâtraffic web experiences.
Track record of improving content workflows, publishing processes, or content management governance. Experience on an agile digital product team is highly preferred. Aquent is an equalâopportunity employer.
