About Us Beyond Pictures is a film production company focused on creating impactful cinema and high-quality entertainment content. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in handling both production accounting and office administration responsibilities. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Admin & Accounts Manager with prior exposure to film production accounting and office administration.

The candidate will be responsible for managing production expenses during shoots and overseeing day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both field production accounts and office coordination efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Production / Shoot Accounting • Handle day-to-day office administration, operational activities and production accounts during shoot schedules • Maintain expense records, petty cash, vouchers, invoices, and reimbursement statements • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, office staff and production teams regarding payments and expense tracking • Monitor office requirements and ensure smooth daily functioning, To Verify bills and vendor invoices • Maintain accurate production accounting reports • Manage payment follow-ups with vendors and technicians • Prepare and submit production expense summaries Office Accounts & Payroll • Handle office accounts and routine financial transactions • Process payroll and staff payments • Maintain accounting records and documentation • Coordinate with producer, auditors and finance consultants when required • Monitor office expenses and budgets Administration Responsibilities • Manage office administrative operations • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers • Maintain office records and documentation • Support management in operational coordination • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in accounts and administration • Prior experience in film production accounting is preferred • Strong knowledge of invoices, vouchers, petty cash handling, reimbursements, and payroll • Good organizational and communication skills • Ability to work during production schedules and shoot timelines • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software • Candidates from media/film production background will be preferred Preferred Skills • Production accounting knowledge • Vendor management • Payroll handling • Budget tracking • Attention to detail • Multi-tasking ability
