Job Description – Advanced Analytics Manager (Finance Analytics Hands-On) Location : Hyderabad Experience : 12+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Advanced Analytics Manager (Finance Analytics Hands-On) to join the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE within Global Finance. This role is ideal for a techno-functional professional with strong expertise in Finance Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering, combined with hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and financial planning processes such as FP&A, forecasting, and P&L analysis. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Data Science, and Engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions, automate reporting processes, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Hands-On Analytics & Delivery (60–70%) Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports Build data models and create advanced DAX calculations Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Snowflake, and data warehousing technologies Perform deep-dive financial analysis including: Revenue analysis Margin analysis Cost optimization Forecasting Variance analysis Build AI-driven analytics and predictive models for decision-making Stakeholder & Business Partnering (20–30%) Collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions Act as a bridge between finance and technology teams Drive ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives Ensure KPI and reporting alignment across teams Leadership & Governance (10–20%) Lead and mentor analysts and engineers while remaining hands-on technically Establish reporting standards, governance frameworks, and analytics best practices Drive automation, simplification, and continuous process improvements Required Skills Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI Data Modeling DAX SQL Snowflake Data Warehousing Strong understanding of: FP&A P&L Forecasting Financial Reporting Experience building end-to-end analytics solutions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with Finance Analytics / BI / Data Engineering teams Preferred Skills Power Apps / Power Automate Python / Spark / Machine Learning exposure SAP / OneStream / ERP systems Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives Advanced analytics and predictive modeling Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field MBA in Finance preferred 8+ years of relevant experience in: Finance Analytics Business Intelligence Data Engineering Additional Requirements Comfortable working with overlapping U.S. working hours (4–5 days/week) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment Interested candidates can share their resume at [email protected] !!
