Job Description
We at Meolaa are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (D2C) who will own new customer acquisition and paid growth for the brand’s D2C website. This role is responsible for scaling revenue efficiently through channels like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Affiliates, while working closely with Creative, CRO/Web Ops, and CRM teams to maximize conversion and LTV. This is a P&L-impacting role with direct ownership of revenue, ROAS, CAC, and scale.
Key Objectives of the Role Drive profitable new customer acquisition Scale paid media while improving ROAS Build a strong creative-performance feedback loop Improve website CVR in collaboration with CRO/Web Ops Build a sustainable acquisition engine beyond just “media buying” Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Scaling Own paid acquisition across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) Snapchat Affiliate & Partner channels Build full-funnel media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, scale) Lead budget planning, forecasting, and scaling decisions Identify new growth levers and channels proactively Media Planning, Execution & Optimization Plan monthly and quarterly media budgets and targets Optimize campaigns across: Audiences Creatives Bidding strategies Landing pages Track and improve key metrics CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate Scale winners while quickly killing underperforming experiments CRO & Web Ops Collaboration Work closely with CRO / Web Ops / Shopify teams to Improve PDP conversion Reduce funnel drop-offs Optimize checkout experience Use Clarity or similar tools to identify friction points in the user journey Influence landing page design, messaging, and flow Must-Have 5–8 years of experience in D2C performance marketing Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google, Snapchat Proven experience scaling budgets while maintaining ROAS Strong creative judgment and briefing ability Experience working closely with CRO/Web Ops teams
