We help early childhood education providers manage everything from parent communication and daily learning updates to admissions, billing, and staff operations. Our customers range from independent childcare centers to global enterprise chains such as Guidepost Montessori and Arabian Child.

About the Role We’re hiring a Program Manager – New Initiatives to drive strategic execution across revenue, operations, enterprise programs, and high-impact company initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can independently drive initiatives from strategy through execution. You should be equally comfortable with: Strategic thinking Operational execution Data analysis and reporting Cross-functional stakeholder management Building scalable systems and processes You’ll work closely with the Director – Global Revenue and collaborate with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to execute initiatives across global markets. This is not a traditional coordination role — we’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and drive measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do 1. Strategic & New Business Initiatives Drive and execute strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. Evaluate and structure new business opportunities and initiatives Lead operational improvement projects across teams Support market expansion and enterprise growth initiatives Drive cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders Coordinate partnerships, integrations, and strategic projects Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational solutions 2.
Revenue Strategy & Operations Support revenue growth initiatives across global markets through data-driven execution. Support revenue planning and execution initiatives Build visibility into sales, onboarding, retention, and expansion metrics Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency Drive initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifecycle management Support enterprise proposals, RFPs, and strategic customer initiatives Build dashboards, reporting systems, and operational trackers 3. Cross-Functional Program Management Lead execution across teams, regions, and strategic priorities.
Manage end-to-end project execution across teams Create project plans, timelines, trackers, and workflows Run weekly execution reviews and leadership updates Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and escalations Coordinate with teams across India, UAE, Singapore, and the US Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success You’ll serve as a central execution layer for high-priority company initiatives. 4. Data Analytics & Operational Insights Use data to improve decision-making and operational performance. Analyze revenue, business, and operational metrics Build dashboards and reporting frameworks Identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations Improve visibility into execution and operational performance across teams Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data are critical for success in this role.
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 4–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, consulting, analytics, business operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills Excellent planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities Ability to independently drive initiatives from ideation to execution High ownership mindset with strong bias for action Strong operational and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, Asana, or similar platforms Nice-to-Haves Experience at a fast-growing startup or Series A/B company Exposure to enterprise SaaS or customer success operations Experience managing strategic or cross-functional initiatives Background in consulting, founder’s office, or business operations Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, and reporting systems What We Offer Competitive compensation benchmarked to the Bengaluru SaaS market Direct exposure to global business strategy and leadership High ownership and meaningful responsibilities from day one Opportunity to work on global-scale strategic and operational initiatives A mission-driven product impacting early childhood education across 50+ countries
