This company is seeking an exceptional Industrial Assembly Engineer to join their dynamic team at their Broughton facility. As the Industrial Assembly Engineer , you will be responsible for applying your technical expertise and project management skills to drive the research, development, and delivery of cutting-edge technology projects.
Your focus will be on enhancing the company's drilling and fastening equipment and processes for their state-of-the-art aircraft wing structures. Key Responsibilities: * Deploy and support Drilling & Fastening equipment (Semi-Automated and manual) * Define new equipment and develop innovative drilling and fastening assembly processes * Project manage and provide technical support for existing machinery * Implement continuous improvement projects into the wing manufacturing processes * Interface with internal customers, support functions, and external suppliers Qualifications and Skills: * Strong technical background in shop floor processes, preferably in drilling and/or fastening * Good understanding of the wing build process * Proficient in Google office-based applications (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.) * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Well-organised, rigorous, and attentive to detail This position offers an hourly rate of: up to ยฃ27.68 per hour PAYE + 30% uplift up to ยฃ37.02 per hour Umbrella + 30% uplift If you are interested in this position please apply with an updated CV.
