Role : Python Automation Engineer Experience Required: 5 – 10 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode) Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field Final Round : F2F Only intersted,Immediate and relevant candidates can share their profile here () Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Network Automation Engineer / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming , network automation , and Kubernetes , along with solid understanding of telecom/networking protocols (L2–L7) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automation solutions for modern network infrastructures, improving efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop network automation solutions using Python Automate configuration, provisioning, and monitoring of network devices Work on Kubernetes-based deployments for network applications and services Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and automation frameworks Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines Work closely with network and DevOps teams to streamline operations Troubleshoot and optimize network performance and automation workflows Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of network systems Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Python programming (5–10 years) Hands-on experience in network automation (using tools/frameworks like Ansible, Netmiko, NAPALM, etc.) Good experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting) Strong understanding of Telecom/Networking protocols or L2–L7 protocols such as: L2: VLAN, STP, VXLAN L3: IP, OSPF, BGP L4–L7: TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS Experience with Linux/Unix environments Good to Have Skills: Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of microservices architecture Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Experience with container networking (CNI, service mesh) Understanding of SDN/NFV architectures Exposure to telecom domains (5G, EPC, IMS, OSS/BSS) Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in telecom/networking product or services companies Why Join Us: Opportunity to work on next-gen network automation and cloud-native telecom solutions Exposure to cutting-edge technologies (Kubernetes, SDN, automation frameworks) Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Warm Regards, Narendra Kumar Senior Talent Acquisition LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/in/narendra-kumar-53a480137/ ACL Digital (Alten Calsoft Labs India Pvt Ltd)
