Role Overview An exciting regional role with a dynamic healthcare charity as a Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Scope projects and prepare project proposals. Manage projects such as chiller replacements, boiler replacements, and roofing projects. Qualifications M&E/FM background essential. Healthcare related experience, including HTM experience or knowledge. Technical background, ideally with a mechanical bias. Previous Tier 1 experience welcomed. Must be client‑facing and adaptable. Located in central UK such as Birmingham preferred; covers Glasgow to Bournemouth.
