Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Strong background in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), and microservices * architecture * Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with significant experience in a leadership * or project management role * Familiarity with Azure, JIRA, Eclipse/IntelliJ, GIT, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Roles & Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and close Java-based projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope. * Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, product owners, and clients * Proactively identify and mitigate risks, managing dependencies in complex, high-volume applications. * Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) to drive continuous improvement and software delivery.
