Job Description
Key Responsibilities CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce required), including lead scoring, segmentation, automation, and personalization. Experience with Salesforce AI is highly preferred. Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase client acquisition and improve funnel performance.
Campaign Development: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, and social platforms to drive lead generation and conversions. Data Analysis & Funnel Optimization: Track KPIs such as CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates; optimize strategies to maximize ROI. SEO & SEM: Oversee website optimization to improve organic search visibility and manage paid search campaigns for efficiency and performance.
Performance Marketing: Manage digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on acquisition cost and return on ad spend. Retention & Re-Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value through targeted communications. Social Media Strategy: Oversee content strategy, audience engagement, and paid social advertising to build brand awareness and drive acquisition.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements Experience: Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on customer acquisition and performance marketing. Industry Background: Experience in legal services preferred; candidates from professional services or high-touch B2C industries will also be considered. CRM Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce; experience with Salesforce AI or similar tools is highly desirable.
Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing CPA, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion metrics. SEO & SEM: Deep understanding of search engine optimization and paid search strategies. Performance Marketing: Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and driving measurable outcomes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and social media management platforms. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, budgeting, and project management. Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish is a plus, particularly for engaging Spanish-speaking audiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and align stakeholders across departments.
