Job Title: Platform Lead Location: Mumbai Industry: Health & Wellness, D2C (US Market) Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are building a next-generation, science-backed D2C health & wellness platform for the US market. The business is well-funded, long-term oriented and focused on building a trusted house of brands through in-house development and selective acquisitions. Role Overview The Platform Lead will own the end-to-end DTC infrastructure and digital storefront, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and conversion optimized experience across the ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for building and managing the Shopify stack, landing pages, integrations, and tracking systems Key Responsibilities Platform & Storefront Own Shopify storefront setup, theme customization, and app integrations Manage landing page builders (Replo / PageFly / Zipify) and funnel pages Configure payment gateways, checkout flows, and subscriptions Ensure site performance, uptime, and mobile first UX Integrations & Infrastructure Implement and manage core tools (subscriptions, reviews, email/SMS, upsell, affiliate, post-purchase) Ensure seamless integration across platform, growth, and ops systems Conversion & Optimization Optimize PDPs, landing pages, and checkout flows for conversion Implement A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks Partner with Growth and Brand teams on funnel performance Compliance & Platform Hygiene Ensure website compliance (policies, disclaimers, cookie consent) Maintain platform security, data handling and best practices Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Growth, Brand, and Ops teams to align platform with business needs Translate requirements into scalable platform solutions Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have: 2+ yearsβ experience in DTC platform or eCommerce roles Strong expertise in Shopify ecosystem Experience with landing page builders, integrations, and attribution tracking setup Understanding of conversion funnels and subscription models
