Whether a customer reaches out in person, online, or over the phone , you will be their primary point of contact. If you’re willing to work, we’ll show you how to win. What This Role Actually Looks Like: The Process: You’ll meet customers who are already in-market, guide them through a clean buying process, and help them make a confident decision.

The Volume: No gimmicks. Real opportunities every day across our showroom, digital leads, and phone inquiries. What You Can Expect: $60,000–$150,000+ income potential Traffic: Strong volume from showroom walk-ins, internet leads, and phone calls Support: Structured training and daily coaching Growth: A clear path to leadership for top performers Engagement: Strong management support (we’re on the front line with you) Stability: Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401(k), and PTO Qualifications & Requirements: We don't require years of automotive experience, but we do require the following: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Driving History: A clean driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license . Screening: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Who Wins at Hiley: Competitive, self-driven individuals.

People who are coachable and consistent. Those who want more than just an hourly job. Sales experience helps (any industry), but it’s not required.

What You’ll Do: Manage Connections: Act as the point of contact for in-person, digital, and phone customers. Demonstrate Value: Showcase Volkswagen vehicles and explain their features. Guide the Deal: Lead customers through options and the final purchase.
