What You’ll Do Drive Sales Growth Generate and close residential and commercial relocation opportunities Work a combination of company-provided leads and self-generated business opportunities Conduct in-home and virtual moving estimates with professionalism and accuracy Present pricing and service solutions that are clear, competitive, and customer-focused Build Relationships & Brand Presence Develop strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business Represent the company professionally through networking events, trade shows, and community outreach Deliver a positive and consultative customer experience throughout the sales process Manage Your Sales Pipeline Track leads, follow-ups, estimates, and customer interactions within CRM systems Maintain organized and accurate sales records and pipeline activity Effectively manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment Follow up consistently to maximize conversions and close rates Deliver Results Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Maintain strong closing performance and customer satisfaction standards Contribute to overall company growth through consistent sales production What You Bring 1+ year of sales experience in a high-volume or performance-driven environment preferred Experience in moving, logistics, transportation, home services, or related industries is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Results-driven mindset with confidence in closing sales opportunities Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own sales pipeline CRM proficiency and general technology skills Valid driver’s license required What You’ll Get Competitive base salary plus uncapped bonus opportunities Company phone, tablet, and vehicle or mileage reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement Career advancement opportunities for high performers Supportive, growth-focused team environment Join Our Team This is more than a transactional sales position — it is an opportunity to build a long-term, performance-driven career with a growing company.
