Data Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark, along with experience in the commercial pharma domain. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark Work with large-scale datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions Utilize DBT for data transformation and modeling Manage and optimize data storage and workflows on AWS (S3) Support analytics and reporting by preparing clean, reliable datasets Required Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark Experience in data engineering within the commercial pharma domain Hands-on experience with DBT and AWS services (especially S3) Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data platforms Familiarity with data governance and best practices in regulated environments Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills
