Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Senior Associate) Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Employment type: Perm We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a consulting-led environment, supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM. This is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and client requirements Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management Build workflows, service catalogs, integrations, and platform automation Perform custom development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components Work within Agile delivery teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders What We’re Looking For Experience minimum: 6 years Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across one or more modules Strong JavaScript and web services (REST/SOAP) knowledge Experience working in Agile environments Confident communicator with a consultative, problem-solving mindset Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field At least one ServiceNow certification: CSA, CAD, or CIS
