For more information visit www.lohono.com About the Role β’ Build and maintain pricing models, revenue trackers, and demand forecasts across property clusters and geographies. β’ Analyse booking patterns, occupancy trends, ADR/RevPAR performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. β’ Develop and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance decks for internal and leadership review. β’ Support pricing strategy decisions β seasonal rate setting, discount structuring, OTA channel management. β’ Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from our data warehouse. β’ Build Excel/Python-based models for scenario planning, what-if analysis, and budget forecasting. β’ Collaborate with OTA, operations, marketing, and partnerships teams to surface revenue improvement opportunities. β’ Assist in building and managing automated data workflows using tools like N8N or similar platforms. β’ Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual Reporting and variance analysis. Must Have β’ Microsoft Excel β advanced formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, scenario modelling β’ SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) β complex queries, window functions, CTEs, aggregations β’ Revenue & Pricing fundamentals β ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, demand elasticity, seasonality β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have β’ Power BI / Tableau for dashboard building β’ Python (pandas, numpy) for data wrangling and automation β’ N8N or similar workflow automation tools β’ OTA platform familiarity (MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, Booking.com) β’ Financial modelling and MIS experience Education β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or a related field β’ 3β6 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, or a data-heavy commercial role β’ Hospitality, travel-tech, or e-commerce backgrounds preferred Work Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm Working days: Monday to Friday
