Platform Engineer

Job Title: Platform Engineer Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 12 Months Introduction We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Platform Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work style. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines and developing scalable frameworks using the latest technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Digital: PySpark and Azure Data Factory 6-8 years of relevant experience Experience in designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines using Azure Databricks Ability to develop scalable and re-usable frameworks for data ingestion Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with event-based streaming technologies Experience with L1, L2, L3 Support activities Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design and implement data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources Integrate end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency Collaborate with project team members to support delivery of additional project components Evaluate the performance and applicability of various tools against customer requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
