EXCITING OPPORTUNITY | Business Development Manager โ IT Staffing Role Details Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years Industry: IT Staffing / Workforce Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time CoreTek Labs is on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Manager who knows the IT staffing landscape inside-out and has the hunger to build, close, and grow. If you can open doors, build pipelines, and turn prospects into long-term partners โ this role was built for you. Your Mission Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring IT staffing and talent solutions Build and nurture a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services (Contract, C2H, Permanent) Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment Own end-to-end sales cycles โ from cold outreach to signed contracts Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CTOs, Procurement) Drive revenue targets and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trends โ Who We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales Must-have: Prior experience selling IT staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions Proven track record of closing deals with IT companies, GCCs, or tech startups Strong network within the Hyderabad tech ecosystem is a big plus Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability Bonus Points Experience with US staffing or cross-border talent solutions Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or HTD staffing models Existing relationships with IT parks, SEZs, or tech clusters in Hyderabad Why CoreTek Labs? โ The Incentive Edge We don't just offer a job.
