This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics, ensuring that core platforms and integrations operate seamlessly to support impactful campaigns and accurate reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to optimize systems, improve data integrity, and proactively adapt to a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your Responsibilities You’ll support the configuration and ongoing optimization of marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot You’ll implement and maintain tracking infrastructure to ensure accurate campaign performance and ROI reporting You’ll proactively audit systems to stay ahead of privacy updates, platform changes, and digital trends You’ll collaborate with web and technical teams to enhance integrations, tracking, and conversion optimization You’ll manage webinar platforms and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver seamless virtual experiences You’ll identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and system performance Skills and Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar technical marketing role Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot configuration and administration Proven expertise in integrations, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics tools Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking infrastructure Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to industry changes such as privacy updates Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and system reliability Collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Note from the Hiring Manager “We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and takes pride in building systems that just work.
