Job Description
Job Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance and daily operations of our commercial office building. This role includes supervising a team, handling repairs, running preventive maintenance, and keeping tenants happy. You’ll manage HVAC systems, life/safety equipment, small capital projects, and help control energy use and maintenance budgets.
