Senior Copilot Engineer - 100% Remote Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Budget : 1.5 LPM Exp : 8-10yrs Role Summary The Senior Copilot Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio-based conversational agents as part of Client’s AI Hackathon Product ionization initiative. This role focuses on delivering functional V1 agents deployed to Microsoft Teams, prioritizing core business value and feasibility over full enterprise hardening. Key Responsibilities Design and implement conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for deployment into Microsoft Teams Productionize existing POCs, refining prompts, conversation flows, and integrations rather than building from scratch Integrate Copilot agents with backend systems using Custom Connectors and Power Automate (read-only integrations) Collaborate with Solution Architects to define core V1 scope, sequencing, and ownership per agent Support UAT activities, Teams deployment, and light documentation required for operational readiness Required Qualifications Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio Experience developing conversational AI solutions Experience integrating Copilot agents with APIs and workflows using Power Automate Strong prompt engineering and conversational design skills Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying bots or agents into Microsoft Teams Familiarity with M365 security and integration patterns Prior experience supporting AI pilots or hackathon-to-production transitions
