Job Description
Job Title: QA Engineer Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: Minimum 2 years Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases by validating fixes and enhancements. Work with automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Appium, or equivalent) to improve test coverage.
Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Provide clear and structured QA reports for stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (manual + basic automation). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman (API testing).
Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar bug-tracking/test management tools. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting is an added advantage.
Experience with modern, fast, and reliable frameworks such as Playwright JS will be considered a strong advantage.
