Overview As an Engineering Program Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving predictable NPI execution through strong execution metrics, disciplined governance, and proactive risk management. You will monitor execution health across timelines, cost, quality, and compliance, using data and leading indicators to surface risks early and drive corrective actions before they impact delivery. You will operate and support management operating rhythms (MOS), ensuring leadership has clear, accurate visibility into program execution and that decisions translate into timely followâthrough.
Your ability to analyze execution data, identify trends, and communicate issues with clarity will be critical to improving delivery outcomes and minimizing lateâstage disruptions. You will report directly to the PMO Execution Excellence Leader and will be based out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Ownership and standardization of execution metrics to ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability. Translate metrics into actionable insights driving corrective actions. Drive continuousâimprovement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.

Translate complex execution data into simple, actionable visuals for senior leadership consumption.
Proactively surface execution risks and deviations with dataâbacked narratives and recommended actions, not just status. Prepare GBE / SBG / enterprise execution summaries and monthly highlights with clear executiveâready insights. Identify execution trends and variances and flag risks and deviations early with recommended followâup actions.
Qualifications Bachelorâs degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Strong experience with execution metrics, dashboards, and management operating rhythms. Comfortable working with data, ambiguity, and multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
