Lead and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver MRO and repair/overhaul transformation projects on time and within budget. Develop and execute project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and business readiness for MRO process deployment and stabilization.

Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and customer‑facing teams to ensure successful MRO project delivery. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, repair governance standards, and applicable regulatory and quality requirements within the MRO environment. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in supply chain, service operations, or project management, with a strong record of leading complex maintenance, repair, and overhaul transformation initiatives.
