Job Title: NRI Relationship Manager – NRI Banking Location: Kochi CTC: 8 LPA Role Overview We are hiring an experienced NRI Relationship Manager to manage and grow the bank’s NRI customer portfolio in the Cochin region. The role involves deep relationship building, cross-selling, and delivering superior customer experience to NRI clients across geographies. Key Responsibilities Manage & grow a portfolio of NRI customers across markets.

Acquire new NRI accounts through referrals, diaspora networks, and internal leads. Cross-sell banking products: NRE/NRO accounts, deposits, investments, insurance, remittances, and wealth solutions. Provide end-to-end service, ensuring high client satisfaction & timely resolution.

Conduct video meetings, international client coordination, and relationship building. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory norms. Track portfolio health, income generation, and monthly targets.

Required Experience & Skills 3–6 years of experience in NRI Banking / Priority Banking / Wealth Management . Strong understanding of NRI products, FEMA guidelines, remittance flows, and compliance. Excellent communication skills; ability to manage global clientele.
