Engagement Manager-Agile Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong expertise in Deployment and Sustainment operations within enterprise environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing release deployments, hypercare, incident management, defect triage, change management, SLA governance, and BAU support processes. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, including incident, problem, change, and release management workflows, is mandatory.

The individual should be well-versed with Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, operational governance, and cross-functional coordination. The expectation is for the candidate to independently lead deployment and sustain activities with minimal client-side training or handholding.
