Role: Data Analyst - Campaign Execution, Fulfilment, Automation and Operations (SAS) Duration: 12 Month Contract | 37.5 hrs/week Location: core downtown Toronto Work-model: hybrid - In office every Tuesday and every other Friday ( no exceptions ) Rate: depends on candidates expertise level (60-70/hr) Main Deliverables Execute and automate end‑to‑end marketing campaign fulfilment using SAS Translate campaign business logic into accurate, production‑ready SAS code Deliver auditable, scalable campaign execution and reporting across PWM programs Technical Stack SAS (Base SAS, SAS SQL, SAS Macros) Client & marketing databases (large‑scale datasets) Campaign fulfilment workflows Automated reporting & tracking solutions CRM / vendor platforms (e.g., Salesforce ) Data quality controls & validation frameworks Requirements Hands‑on experience coding campaign fulfilment in SAS (not UI‑only execution) Proven ability to interpret campaign requirements and convert them into SAS logic Experience working with client data (segmentation, eligibility, exclusions, calculations) Background in marketing campaign execution , preferably in financial services or wealth management Experience supporting multi‑program campaigns and production fulfilment environments Exposure to vendor‑led fulfilment models or CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) Responsibilities Own and manage end‑to‑end fulfilment of marketing campaigns across complex workflows Translate campaign briefs into SAS‑based fulfilment code , including calculations and eligibility logic Automate campaign execution processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk Build and maintain campaign tracking, controls, and performance monitoring Execute fulfilment across multiple programs; provide coverage support as required Enhance campaign reporting and analytics for operational visibility Support the design and implementation of a vendor‑enabled fulfilment model (e.g., Salesforce) Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and compliance throughout campaign execution
