This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best. As a key member of our team, you will consult with clients, recommend customized treatment plans, and drive revenue through exceptional service and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities Conduct client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans Educate clients on services, packages, and current promotions Convert inquiries into booked appointments and completed treatments Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience Stay up to date on services, products, and industry trends Support marketing initiatives, including social media and in-house promotions Qualifications Previous experience in sales, med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry preferred Strong consultative sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness Compensation & Benefits $15/hour + performance-based incentives Bonus opportunities based on individual performance Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on services and products Work Schedule Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed Why Join Us?
