Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT solutions based on requirements agreed with the BI Project Manager and System Analyst. - Develop and evolve Datamarts using dimensional modeling; integrate multiple data sources into cohesive, maintainable ETL flows (Qlik Talend; SSIS for legacy workloads). - Ensure scalability, security, and performance through monitoring, tuning, and optimization as data volumes grow; manage code via Git and TMC; evaluate and adopt improvements (e.g., Microsoft Fabric) where relevant. - Follow business delivery and change-management processes: participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to design reviews, and present significant changes to CAB; partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to reduce data exposure risk and maintain audit-ready ETL checklists and matrices. - Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions; take strong ownership of scope, timelines, and quality, and align delivery with the BI Project Manager. - Stay current on data engineering technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) and share recommendations to improve the BI platform; maintain clear documentation and provide ongoing support to enhance Datamart and BI efficiency. #LI-AS2
