Quality Assurance Engineer

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of demonstrable, practical hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Tester Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing / UAT Experience executing System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple applications and interfaces Proficiency in API Testing using tools such as Postman Experience validating end-to-end business workflows and cross-system integrations Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Experience performing data validation and backend testing using SQL Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes during integration testing Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong collaboration and communication skills with business users, developers, and project teams Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities from planning through execution
