Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for middle-level hiring across manufacturing, R&D, operations, and service domains. The role requires expertise in hiring for corporate & plant-level positions, managing recruitment systems, and leveraging data-driven approaches for decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1.
End-to-End Recruitment Management Manage the complete recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Handle bulk and niche hiring for manufacturing, plant operations, R&D, and service roles . Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality metrics, and hiring targets. 2. Talent Sourcing & Stakeholder Management Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals , and networking. Develop strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
Build relationships with plant HR teams and business stakeholders to support hiring needs. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and recruitment agencies as needed. 3. Systems & Technology Utilization Work extensively with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRMS platforms for recruitment operations.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate databases and recruitment records. Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and processes. 4. Data Management & Analytics Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics .
Analyze key recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios. Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Provide insights to improve recruitment strategy and efficiency. 5.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Enhance organization branding through effective communication and candidate engagement strategies. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Support campus hiring drives, job fairs, and branding initiatives when required. 6.
Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and industry standards. Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation and best practices. Stay updated with trends in talent acquisition, especially in manufacturing and technical hiring.
Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in technical hiring (Manufacturing, R&D, Operations, Plant roles) Hands-on experience in ATS, HRMS systems Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) Strong knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Desired Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute 6โ12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition Proven experience in plant-level and technical hiring Exposure to high-volume and niche hiring environments Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Key Metrics for Success Time to hire (TAT) Quality of hire Hiring cost optimization Stakeholder satisfaction Offer-to-join ratio
