You will help new parents, grandparents, and families with baby essentials, school prep and moments along the parenting journey. Responsibilities Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance to increase employee engagement.

Lead and delegate to grow leaders; provide direction and invest in their development. Create genuine customer focus on the sales floor by leading the Leader on Duty program. Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.

Execute company direction on merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets. Understand and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify behaviors to drive results. Lead and integrate an omnichannel experience, ensuring teams are trained on the available tools.

Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs. Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls. Qualifications Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, including directing and executing multiple tasks. Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.).

Minimum 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports. High school diploma. Physical capabilities: lift up to 40 lbs, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling; stand/walk for extended periods; climb up/down ladder.
