Operations Manager - Belfast

Operations Manager – Marine & Terminal Services (MATS) GAC UK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop the MATS Operations Team in Belfast. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the MATS operations team. Day‑to‑day management of operational personnel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Prepare and issue accurate, timely customer invoices. Increase operational efficiency and service quality by driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Achieve financial targets for the MATS department by increasing revenue in line with forecasts and budgets. Conduct regular audits of operator work. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marine and terminal services related work.

OOW and STCW certifications preferred. Appointed Person Certification desirable but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and new situations. Benefits 38 days’ annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) plus a day off on your birthday.
