Drupal Developer

Job Description: The Drupal developer will serve as a front-end/UI developer/ maintenance engineer for a large Drupal site. Work closely with the technical lead, product managers, designers, and content strategists to troubleshoot, conceptualize, as well as develop Drupal-based website tickets. Skilled in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience using source control tools and methods (git is preferred). Drupal development experience is a must. Will be responsible for configuration, development, and testing as well as database and API integration activities as needed. • High-level knowledge of PHP and the Drupal framework. • Knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML and CSS. • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Interpersonal skills, such as communication and collaboration. • Liaise with fellow backend and front-end developers. • Design and implement web applications or websites written in the Drupal framework. • Write front and back-end code. • Ensuring the solution is operating to a degree of high performance. • Identify and fix bugs that are found within the code. • Ensure you've written unit tests to verify the web application is operating as expected • Write documentation for the system.
