Project Engineer (Land Development)

Salary : $125000 - $175000 Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications: • Perform design related to Land Development projects consisting of single-family residential developments, multi-family residential developments, commercial, industrial and institutional sites, and mixed-use development. • Produce construction plans for land development projects, and work with team to obtain approvals from jurisdictional activities. • Perform analysis for the design and construction plan production for site development and projects involving complex drainage and grading analysis and/or design. • Technical report writing • Handling permitting with local agencies and regulations. • Coordination with clients and contractors. • Other duties as needed. Job Requirements: Qualifications: • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles for civil/site/land development. • Proficient in AutoCAD / Civil3D. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills. • NYS PE or EIT license preferred. • Valid Driver's License.
