Project Manager Fort Washington PA - hybrid local candidates Project Manager with Business Analysis experience Required: Project Management Skills: Planning & Scheduling (e.g., using PPM too like Workfront, MS Planner, Azure DevOps or Jira) Budgeting & Resource Allocation Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Team Leadership & Motivation; implementation experience Status Reporting & Metrics Business Analysis Skills: Requirements Elicitation & Documentation Process Mapping (e.g., BPMN, Visio) Gap Analysis Data Analysis & Reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI) UAT Planning and Support Soft Skills: Communication & Presentation Critical Thinking Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Adaptability Attention to Detail, Active Listening Common Tools Used PM Tools: Workfront, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Planner BA Tools: Lucidchart, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Azure DevOps Collaboration: Teams, SharePoint Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Lead teams through all project phases (initiation to closure). Stakeholder Management: Communicate with executives, business users, and technical teams. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
