Job Description
I have the need for a Reporting and Analytics Analyst for up to six months - Hybrid/Buffalo, NY (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). The manager wants to know if we have anyone that knows ServiceNow Virtual Agent either local in the West New York (WNY)/Buffalo area? Below I have listed the skill set for this project: SQL experience Power BI and Excel proficient Knowledge of ServiceNow PowerPoint proficient $65-68/hr.
W2 This person will be responsible for on demand, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for areas reporting to the End User Computing arm of M&T. The position will require at least 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). A laptop, remote access, as well as reporting system access will be provided.
This will be a short-term opportunity with the possibility of extending to other parts of the organization if needed.
