Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting Approve invoices, change orders, and project documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience managing construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams effectively Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute
